Steps to Submit Your Product Feed to Google Shopping
Go to https://merchants.google.com/mc/overview and click the gear icon to find the "Data sources" dropdown.
Google offers an option to automatically find products on your online store and update them every 24 hours. Learn more here https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/12158480?hl=en.
If you need a custom feed or if Google can’t detect all your products or product variations, you can upload your feed manually using the [Add Product Source] button.
This allows you to submit a feed that includes variations, a limited product range, and/or custom formatting for how your products are displayed on Google Shopping.
You can upload a product data source from your website, Google Drive, or directly from your computer.

Store Manager for WooCommerce can help you generate this feed. Download the free trial and use free support if needed.
Submit a URL to your product feed if it’s hosted on your site.
One more option allows you to select the file from your Google Drive.
You can also upload a file from your computer. This method doesn’t support automatic updates, so only use it if your product list doesn’t change frequently.
Note: At the bottom of the page, you’ll find additional feed settings.
Here, you can select: target countries, language, marketing methods, and feed label.
Make sure to adjust these settings during the upload process, as they’ll apply to future automatic updates as well.
Click "Continue" to process the feed. You’ll see the results once processing is complete.
After uploading, your feed will appear under Data sources → Primary sources.
If the feed is successfully submitted and the number of products matches your feed, head over to your Google Ads account to configure your Google Shopping campaign.
Important! Make sure that your account does not have any errors, does not need to be validated or confirmed. Otherwise, your products will not be shown on Google Shopping.
