Having purchased Primary License of Store Manager application you receive 12 months of Support and Update Service free of charge. To be able to download the latest versions of Store Manager for WooCommerce after this period and get technical assistance, you need to order Support and Update Service.
Once you have ordered thirty-six (36) Months Support and Update Service, you receive a Licence Key. It has to be applied to the license of Store Manager for WooCommerce, you want to prolong download period for.
Please, note, Support and Update Service can not be applied to Trial License of Store Manager and you can not extend its validity period. Trial License is time-limited and can't be prolonged.
To download the latest software updates follow 2 simple steps:
- Step 1 - order the above Support and Update Service for Store Manager for 36 months Plan
- Step 2 - in case the Support and Update service is ordered under different email than your Primary license, contact us via email contact@emagicone.com to apply the service to your license key
You do not have to purchase Support and Update Service for every license. It is required to update Primary license only. Once it is updated, you can download the latest version using Primary license download link and update all Store Manager applications you have. In case you need updates prolonged for all licenses (including additional licenses), you're welcome to order a separate Support and Update Service license key per each Store Manager license.
Important: One Support and Update Service license key can be used one time to prolong one Store Manager license. Once it is used, it becomes disabled.
